Our Promise: Built to Ride. Backed for Life.

At OBR ADV Gear, we don’t just build gear—we ride with it, abuse it, and trust it out in the wild. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're not either.

You can read our full return and refund policy here, but here’s the short version of our warranty:
If your OBR gear isn’t working out, contact us. We’ll work with you to make it right. No red tape, no corporate nonsense.

Limited Lifetime Warranty (For the Long Haul)

We stand behind our gear with a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. This covers defects in Materials and Workmanship:

  • Fabric (tears, breakdowns, or failures that shouldn't happen)
  • Seams that should stay sealed
  • Zippers that should zip
  • Straps that should stay strapped
  • Original hardware that should hold up under trail-tested abuse

Proof of purchase is required. If you bought from a dealer, hang on to that receipt—it’s your trail pass for warranty help.

What’s Not Covered (Because We’ve Seen Some Things...)

We cover tough gear—but not poor decisions. Here’s what’s outside the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (earned grit isn’t a defect)
  • Sun-faded fabric from years of UV exposure (your gear needs shade too)
  • Damage from abuse or neglect (like cramming in sharp tools without protection)
  • DIY mods, hacks, or "I saw this on YouTube" experiments

Crash Replacements

We get it—sometimes the trail bites back.

If your adventure goes sideways and your OBR gear takes a hit, we’ve got your back. We offer crash replacement discounts to the original purchaser of all OBR ADV Gear branded products.

Thanks to our modular designs, we can often repair or replace just the damaged parts—no need to toss the whole setup. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us with a description of what happened and what got damaged. Make sure your contact info is correct!
  2. Be ready to send us a few pics and/or proof of purchase.
  3. We'll review the damage and send you a quote for replacement.
  4. Once you approve the quote, we’ll send a payment invoice (typically through PayPal).
  5. After payment and return of the damaged part (we'll let you know if return is required), we’ll ship your replacement and get you rolling again.

We want to see you back on the trail—not stuck waiting on gear. We do our best to work with every rider and every situation.
