OBR ADV Gear offers a 3 year (from the date of purchase) Materials and Workmanship Warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers all materials, seams, zippers, straps, and original hardware from any defects caused by the manufacture of the product.

Warranty Exclusions – Normal Wear and Tear, Excessive UV Damage causing fading and/or deterioration, abnormal use and/or neglect, damage caused by the packing of non-ordinary items, any alterations.

Proof of purchase will be required to facilitate a warranty repair/replacement. If you purchased your OBR gear from a dealer, hang on to your invoice as your proof of purchase in case of a warranty request.

Crash Replacements

We understand that adventures can be subject to mishap. OBR ADV Gear offers a crash replacement discount to the original purchaser of all OBR branded products. Our modular system allows us to repair/replace individual components as needed, so please contact us if a mishap occurs. Please include a complete description of the damage that occurred and your personal contact information. We may request pictures of the damage. OBR ADV Gear will respond with a quote for the replacement, and a payment invoice will be sent upon your acceptance of the quote. Replacement pieces will be shipped upon payment confirmation and return of the damaged item.
