Shipping Policy:
All orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Notes:
- If Team OBR is out on the trail or attending a trade show, our store banner will indicate when new orders will ship.
- At this time our online store can only accept orders that ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If you have an International shipping address not on the above list, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. OBR ADV Gear does not mark-up the shipping rates provided by our carriers. If our online store quotes you shipping rates that seem unreasonable, please contact us so we can take a look. Sometimes the real-time shipping quotes go a little sideways.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing pieces, or if you receive the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
