Refund policy

We at OBR ADV Gear are not 100% satisfied unless you are 100% satisfied.

Return Eligibility:

  • We have a 30-day return policy on most products purchased directly from OBR ADV Gear.  If you purchased OBR gear through a dealer, please contact them to determine return eligibility.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be in new and unused condition (in the same condition as when we sent the items to you).
  • Clearance sale or "scratch and dent" items are not eligible for return. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, please use our contact form or email us at store@obradvgear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will work with you to make things right.  If a return is needed we will collect all the needed information and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • Note that if your order originally shipped to a US address, we are currently offering a 30-day evaluation of OBR branded products.  If you don't love your new OBR gear and it's still in new/unused condition, contact us and we will provide a return shipping label.
  • Please use a return shipping service that provides tracking information to ensure we safely receive the items.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If your refund hasn't posted within 15 business days of us approving your return, please contact us.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
