Bought these for my Himalayan 450. I like the way they are simple to attach and comfortably fit over Barkbusters. The semi rigid construction means they are not floppy, unlike most bar muffs, and easy to get your hands into. An excellent product.
Only gave 4 stars as importing them into the U.K.and the associated shipping makes them expensive.
I got these for Idaho winter riding. They are very well designed. Fingers are out of the cold air but the controls on the handlebar are still visible. I can wear reasonable riding gloves instead of big bulky winter gloves and still have warm fingers. I also like that they mostly flatten for storage in the pannier. A good purchase!
This is my third piece of gear from OBR. I have to say the specific use for the mitt is a game changer. Combined with heated grips my hands are for the first time EVER warm a comfy for the entire day. The build quality is spot on great fit and finish. I met Mike and Burt at the Touratech Rally last June, really great guys with a similar passion for getting out to have wheeled adventures.
Just the right size, a snap to install, and ofers the right amount of protection.
Clearly designed by a rider. Well done!
The addition of the stiffeners makes this a much better product.
